Your First Visit
Prior to your first visit we’ll send you an intake form to complete at your leisure which helps us learn a little more about your health history, any medications you take etc.
A Telehealth videocall will follow so that we can learn more about the symptoms you are experiencing.
An in-person appointment is scheduled to allow for a full examination, explanation of our findings and treatment, if you are happy to progress and no further tests are required.
